Started shipping small products instead of only talking about them. Flask, React, AWS, Twilio, Stripe, cron jobs, duct tape — and the strange joy of getting one real customer to pay for something real.
Recently promoted to fatherhood. Current calendar includes building things, changing diapers, and being humbled daily.
They say 90% of startups fail. I'm at ~80%, so trending in the right direction.
